Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all bookings, rentals, and product purchases made with Prairie Sips (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a mobile bar and coffee service operating in Canada. By confirming a booking or making a purchase, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the terms set forth below.

Deposits and Payments

1.1 A non-refundable deposit, as specified in the booking agreement or invoice, is required to confirm and secure the event date.
1.2 The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the event date, unless otherwise stated in writing.
1.3 Failure to remit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of any deposit or prior payments.

Cancellations by Client

2.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Prairie Sips.
2.2 Refund eligibility is determined as follows:

  • More than 30 days prior to the event date: Client is entitled to a refund of any payments made, less the non-refundable deposit.

  • Between 14 and 30 days prior to the event date: Client is entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund of the total booking amount, less the non-refundable deposit.

  • Less than 14 days prior to the event date: All payments are non-refundable.

 

2.3 The Company reserves the right to deduct from any refund applicable administrative or processing fees incurred during payment or refund processing.

3. Cancellations or Modifications by the Company

3.1 In the unlikely event that Prairie Sips must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, vehicle breakdown, staff illness, extreme weather, or emergencies), the Client will be offered:

  • a rescheduled date, subject to availability, or

  • a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

 

3.2 The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from such cancellation.

4. Rescheduling

 

4.1 Clients may request to reschedule their event date once (1) at no additional charge, provided written notice is received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the original event date.
4.2 Additional date changes may incur an administrative fee and are subject to availability.

5. Product Sales

 

5.1 All beverage and merchandise sales are final.
5.2 In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the Client must notify Prairie Sips within seven (7) days of receipt. Replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion upon verification.

6. Force Majeure

 

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, labour disputes, power failures, or transportation interruptions.

Prairie Sips reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking shall govern.
